This position requires:

* Must be a graduate of an educational program accredited by the Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) on behalf of the American Medical Association.

* Must be board certified or board eligible.

* Licensure to practice as a physician in any one of the United States or Territories.

* Must have at least one year of experience.

* Must be a US Citizen
